A collection of some of our favourite events over the years, each one unique in its vision,
thoughtfully considered and brought to life through immersive floral design.

Jane’s Secret Sixties ::

Playful, abundant and distinctly modern, this private 60th birthday celebration brought together an unexpected mix of colour, texture and sculptural florals to create a striking and immersive setting.

A considered collection of unique Orchids, bold Anthuriums and expressive Dahlias were layered throughout the space, creating moments of movement, intrigue and playful sophistication. Each table arrangement was designed individually, embracing unusual forms and unexpected combinations to give the florals a distinctly contemporary edge.

Orchid plants were suspended in the entrance with their roots intentionally exposed, adding an architectural and slightly unexpected element to the installation. The result was fun, modern and effortlessly cool.

Gather Round 2026 ::

Creating the air of a chic New York bistro, the  AFL Gather Round event brought together moody tones and unexpected natural elements to create a striking installation at Penfolds Estate.

Mottled Hydrangeas, Burgundy Cymbidiums, deep Red Anthuriums and expressive Rose Foliage were layered en masse, creating a sense of volume and movement throughout the space. Dark red grapes were woven through the florals as a considered nod to the character of the venue. The result was bold and immersive, balancing lush abundance with a refined, contemporary finish.

ACE Day to Night ::

Created for an intimate dinner at ACE Gallery, this tablescape embraced restraint in the most impactful way. Mounded earth and soft moss formed a living landscape across the length of the table, creating the illusion that each stem had emerged naturally from the ground beneath.

Slipper and Cymbidium Orchids with delicate Andromeda were layered amongst sculptural tropical foliage, bringing movement, height and quiet drama to the composition. Organic yet considered, the installation blurred the line between cultivated design and the natural world, proving that simplicity, when executed with intention, can be the boldest statement of all.

Annual Collectors Club::

Sculptural, considered and quietly dramatic, this event for the Art Gallery’s annual Collectors Club centred around the natural beauty of flowering andromeda.

Andromeda was gathered into abundant sculptural arrangements, allowing their intricate form and soft movement to create impact without feeling overly styled. The result was an elegant, contemporary tablescape that felt both organic and artful, complementing the gallery setting while allowing the beauty of the blooms to speak for itself.

Awe hunters ::

Immersive, unexpected and completely rooted in the natural world, this event gave us free reign to create an environment that felt less like a floral installation and more like stepping into another landscape.

Real trees, plants and sculptural floral elements were layered throughout a sea of rich red dirt, with fresh fruit and vegetables scattered amongst the installations to blur the line between what was cultivated and what had simply grown there. Dark red Maple Trees rose through the space, grounded by bright red Roses en masse, creating depth, drama and a striking sense of scale.

An eclectic collection of mushrooms against soft green and grey foliages brought an almost otherworldly quality, while Australian natives, cacti and textural planting completed the landscape. The result was bold, theatrical and wonderfully immersive, an organic world built entirely around the idea of everything appearing to emerge from the earth.

Gather round 2025::

Created for AFL Gather Round, this installation explored the balance between bold form and restrained detail. En masse preserved Hydrangeas in rich plum and muted olive were sculpted into a striking composition, while intertwined silver metal introduced an architectural edge that felt both contemporary and unexpected.

The tables were intentionally understated, each finished with a simple black bud vase holding a single stem of burgundy Wild Cat Orchids.
